Are you exhibiting for the first time? Or just curious about the process? Well, here we will go through the process, using our very own 7-step methodology. Take an in-depth look into our process from designing to executing booths at trade shows.

I hope this will help you understand how we as event and exhibition solution providers go about making your booth stand out among the thousands of other exhibitors while keeping your brand guidelines in mind and amplifying your presence at the show.

Step 1: Brief

A great design starts with a great brief, it is the crucial first step of the process, through a clear design brief we conceptualize your vision, mission, and objectives. Every detail helps our designer visualize an exhibition stand concept that will draw in audience engagement.

Step 2: Design

Our designer creates a story-driven design based on your brief that incites emotions, and delivers a memorable experience for visitors, that’ll leave a lasting impression.

Step 3: Costing

Budget Estimating & Cost Planning is carefully procured by our qualified quantity surveyor keeping in mind your budget, identifying high-costing elements to ensure cost-effectiveness by suggesting alternatives without compromising the design concept. We understand that this is marketers’ main issue with participating at trade show and we do our best to alleviate issue through a value-oriented design that is striking and practical.

Step 4: Production

Our Production is all done in-house in a 17,000 sq. ft production facility to uphold the highest standard of quality. Our production manager oversees every project is scheduled through a strict timeline for prompt delivery. A stream of constant communication between account and production manager is conducted to ensure a smooth transition into the build-up.

Step 5: Build-Up

Vehicles are arranged to deliver the stand to the venue, conforming to safety regulations to ensure all the materials are maintained in proper condition upon arrival. During construction, our in-house team of skilled professionals will proceed to erect the stand under the guidance from our account and production manager who will be on-site to answer any of your questions.

Step 6: Dismantle

The dismantling of the stand will be conducted after the exhibition ends, using the same care as constructing.

Step 7: Storage/Recycle

Following proper waste management protocol by Dubai Municipality, we follow the guidelines in disposing\recycling materials used in your stand.
